Hello! My name is Laci I am the proud owner of Dog-a-holick. We've been in Business since 2012.

I grew up in Idaho but first came to Maine to work in 1998. I spent a lot of time traveling before focusing on what I am passionate about: dogs.

I worked at a Vet's office in "the County" for 1 year before we were relocated to Western NY for my boyfriend's job. While in NY I worked at the largest animal shelter in the greater Rochester area, as well as one of the largest K9 campuses in the Finger Lakes. While at those jobs I attended two different schools and became a certified dog groomer, and graduated with my business degree.

Now that we're back in Maine, I'm excited to realize my long-time goal of owning my own grooming salon. Dogaholick is the realization of a dream and I truly am a Dogaholick!

Hi, I'm Brittany, Dogaholick's talented bather. I joined the team in July 2024 and love working with our furry clients! Originally from Redwood City, California. My passion for animals led me to my first grooming job when I lived in Arizona in 2009, and I've been working with dogs ever since. I've traveled and gained experience in various salons, and now I'm happy to be in Maine. When I'm not pampering pups, I enjoy relaxing at home, listening to music, and soaking up the sunshine.

A lifelong dog lover, I recently transitioned from a 20-year cosmetology career to pursue my passion for canine hair and wellness. I'm constantly learning and growing in the world of dog care, and it's truly become my passion. When I'm not at the salon, I'm busy with my three beloved dogs – Barrett, Nora, and Tony. As a strong supporter of adoption, especially German Shepherds, I love every muddy, playful minute with them!
